Structure: Framed structure with brick as
filler walls
Doors: Entrance Door frame and shutter in teak
wood duly polished and other door frames in
seasoned hardwood commercial block board shutter
painted on both sides.
Windows: Glazed hardwood windows painted with
M.S. Guard Bars.
Kitchen: Polished Granite counter with stainless
steel sink and 60 cms. high glazed tile dado over
counter.
Toilets: Glazed tile dado upto 200 cms height
and ceramic tile flooring with white sanitary
fittings and high quality chrome plated fittings.
Flooring: Ceramic tile flooring with skirting in
all rooms.
Electrical: Copper wiring in PVC conduits with
ample light and plug points. 2 Nos. Telephone and 1
No. TV points in each apartment.
Finish: Interior walls in putty finish with oil
bound distemper and exterior walls with weather coat
paint.
