Structure: RCC framed structure with bricks
as filler walls.
Finish: Interior walls in putty finish
with plastic emulsion paint and exterior walls with
weather coat paint.
Floorings: Vitrified tile flooring with
skirting in all rooms.
Kitchen: Vitrified tile flooring with
granite working top. 2' high ceramic tiles on walls
above working top, single bowl stainless steel sink
with drain board. Wooden cabinets above and below
the work top.
Toilets: Glazed tile dado up to the
ceiling height, antiskid Ceramic tile flooring with
sanitary fittings of Pastel shades (Hindware or
equivalent) and high quality Chrome Plated fittings
(Jaguar or equivalent) with provision of hot and
cold water mixers in three toilets.
Doors: Entrance Door frame and shutter in
Teak Wood melamine polished and other door frames
and flush doors in seasoned hardwood painted on both
sides. Front door fittings including hinges, tower
bolt and door lock (6 lever brass Mortise lock -
Godrej or equivalent).
Balcony Doors
Electrical: Copper wiring (Finolex or
equivalent) in PVC conduits with ample light and
plug points (MK or equivalent). TV and telephone
points in living room and all the bedrooms. AC
points in all the bedrooms. Power back-up for the
common area lighting, pumps, lifts and selected
light points in each apartment.
