Type of construction: RCC frame structure adhering to the latest earthquake resistance codes.
External finish: Long lasting and maintenance free finish.
Flooring living, Dining, Lobby: Glazed Vitrified tiles.
Bedrooms: Master bedroom shall have wooden laminated flooring and all other bedrooms shall
have glazed vitrified tiles flooring.
Staircase: Marble/Local Stones
Balconies:

Internal finish: Oil bound distemper on walls an ceiling with POP

Kitchen: Vitrified tile flooring with granite working top, 2' high ceramic tiles on walls

up to 7'-0" height as per design on walls, English type WC in pastel shade with
cistern, wash basin, towel rail/ring and looking mirror.
Woodwork: Door frames of hardwood, entrance door shutters to be paneled with teak veneer
of equivalent, all other door shutters shall be commercial doors duly painted, all door/
window frames and shutters shall be polished/painted.
Cupboards: Only niches for wardrobes shall be provided in bedrooms.
Electrical work: Electrical Installation in concealed
conduits with copper wiring, modular type switches.
General: Provision for one TV and one telephone point in each bedroom, living and dining room.
